Cancellation and Refund Policy

DAY HIKES

Cancel more than 3 days out — 100% refund

Cancel between 3 and 2 days out — 50% refund

Cancel less than 2 days out — no refund

Instead of a refund, you can transfer your deposit to another hike. The same rules apply for transfers as for refunds.

HIKES, PRIVATE AND GROUP TOURS

To book your spot, we require a deposit of 20% of the total cost.

Cancel more than 10 days out and get a 10% refund (half of your deposit) of the total cost. We keep the rest to cover booking and admin fees.

To confirm your booking, the remaining balance (80%) must be paid 10 days before the trip starts.

If you cancel less than 10 days out (after full payment), the amount is non-refundable, as we've already paid for your non-refundable lodging, guides, and logistics.

If we cancel the trip or reschedule it ourselves, you get a full refund or transfer.

INTERNATIONAL AND CORPORATE TOURS

To grab your spot, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required

The remaining balance is due 10 days before the trip starts.

If we cancel the trip or reschedule it ourselves, you get a full refund or transfer.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after your request is approved.
