🗓 Day 1
08:00 — Meet up and head out from Tbilisi
We’ll gather, load up the packs, and hit the road. We'll stop on the way to grab fresh supplies for dinner and breakfast.
10:30 — Hike starts
We begin our trek through dense forest, heading up toward the canyons. The trail is easy-going but exciting — think stone corridors, cliffs, and ancient ruins.
12:30 — Birtvisi Fortress panoramic viewpoint
We’ll stop at the top for some incredible views over the canyons. Here, we’ll dive into the history of the fortress and imagine what life was like here over 1,000 years ago.
13:30 — Descent and snack break
We’ll find a shady spot to relax, grab some tea, and swap stories.
15:00 — Heading to camp
We’ll head down into a cozy, sheltered spot deep inside the canyons to set up camp.
16:00 — Setting up camp
Tents up, firewood gathered, and getting ready for the evening vibes.
17:30 — Hike to Birtvisi Tower
A light evening stroll without the heavy packs. We’ll climb up to the old watchtower for a view of the entire canyon. Perfect spot for photos!
19:00 — Back to camp and dinner prep
Time to get the fire going, cook up a hot dinner, and brew some tea. We’ll share stories, watch the flames, and chill under the stars.
21:30 — Night walk (optional)
A short, pack-free walk through the canyon with headlamps. A super atmospheric adventure among the rocks in total darkness.
23:00 — Lights out
Tucking into the tents to enjoy the silence of nature and sleep under the stars.

Brewing coffee, making breakfast, and soaking up the morning sun among the cliffs.

Time for some yoga, meditation, or just a wander around the area.
10:00 — Packing up and heading back
We’ll pack up the tents carefully, making sure we leave the place exactly as we found it.
12:00 — Final picnic
Before leaving the canyons, we’ll have one last snack stop to share our highlights.
14:00 — Departure for Tbilisi
Saying goodbye to this amazing place and heading back to the city.
16:00 — Arrival in Tbilisi
