What you'll see on the route

The Chaukhi Massif wall
The entire hike takes place right
at the foot of Chaukhi. It's a massive rock formation with jagged peaks, often called the "Georgian Dolomites" because of its scale. The mountain will be right in front of you almost the whole time we're trekking through the valley.

Three glacial lakes
We'll see all three lakes, and they really are different colors. First, we'll climb to the milky-white White Lake right by the glacier, then head down to the crystal-clear Blue and Green lakes hidden among the grass and rhododendrons.

Loop route through the valley
We don't do out-and-back on the same trail. This is a loop: we'll head up the right side of the valley toward the glacier and return via the lakes along the lower trail by the streams. This way, the views never get old.
